POLICIES

Welcome to Poppy Salon! We're excited to provide you with an exceptional salon experience. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please review and acknowledge our salon policies:

1. New Client Booking: All new clients must make their first appointment online using our scheduling website (www.salonpopy.com). This allows new clients to acknowledge and sign all necessary policies and waivers.

2. Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required on file at all times to book all services at Poppy Salon.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our team's income is based on completed appointments. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling any appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in your card being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

4. Cancellation Methods: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled online outside of the 24-hour window or by leaving a voicemail or sending a text to Poppy Salon at 509.332.9121. Please note that we do not accept cancellation messages via Instagram or Facebook.

5. No-Show Fee: By booking an appointment, you authorize Poppy Salon to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification.

6. Late Policy: Arrive on time for your appointment. Should you be more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment, and the full cancellation fee will be applied. To honor all of our client's time, late arrivals may need to reschedule their appointment.

7. Packages, Auto-Pays, and Gift Certificates: All packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are non-transferable to other clients and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Additionally, we do not offer cash refunds for packages, auto-pays, gift certificates, no-show charges, or cancellation charges. These fees are non-refundable.

8. Outstanding Fees: Clients with outstanding fees will not be able to book appointments at Poppy Salon until the outstanding balance is paid to the team member.
