Rach is the owner of Poppy Salon and is a local from Moscow, ID. She spent over five years in the corporate environment before completing her dream of becoming a Cosmetologist. Her favorite part about working in the Cosmetology industry is getting to help others feel beautiful and empowered. Rach specializes in hand-tied extensions, curly cuts (2A - 3B curls), dimensional colors and vivid party colors (not pastels).
